By downloading or using ChicU ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service · 服务说明
ChicU is an AI-powered smart wardrobe application that helps users manage clothing,
generate outfit recommendations, and access AI styling advice. Features include
clothing recognition, outfit scoring, AI stylist chat, and wardrobe backup.
ChicU 是一款 AI 智能衣橱应用，帮助用户管理服装、生成搭配推荐并获取 AI 造型建议。
功能包括服装识别、搭配评分、AI 造型师对话及衣橱备份。
3. User Accounts · 用户账号
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. / 您必须年满 13 岁才能注册账号。
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. / 您有责任保管好账号登录信息。
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. / 您对账号下发生的所有活动负责。
- You may use Sign in with Apple or email OTP to authenticate. / 您可通过 Apple 登录或邮箱验证码进行身份验证。
4. Credits System · 积分系统
- The App uses a credits system to access AI features. / 本应用使用积分制度来使用 AI 功能。
- New users receive 100 complimentary credits upon registration. / 新用户注册后获赠 100 积分。
- Credits can be purchased via In-App Purchase. / 积分可通过应用内购买获取。
- Credits are non-refundable once consumed. / 已消耗的积分不予退还。
- We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for features at any time. / 我们保留随时调整功能积分消耗量的权利。
5. In-App Purchases · 应用内购买
- All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms. / 所有购买通过 Apple 处理，受 Apple 支付条款约束。
- Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. / 订阅计划自动续费，如需取消请在续费日前至少 24 小时操作。
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. / 您可在 Apple ID 设置中管理或取消订阅。
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. / 退款由 Apple 依据其退款政策处理。
6. User Content · 用户内容
- You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. / 您保留对所上传照片和内容的所有权。
- By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for providing AI features. / 上传内容即表示您授予我们有限许可，用于提供 AI 功能。
- You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates any law. / 您不得上传侵犯第三方权利或违反任何法律的内容。
7. Prohibited Use · 禁止行为
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. / 对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编。
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose. / 将本应用用于任何违法目的。
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. / 尝试未经授权访问我们的系统。
- Abuse the credits system or attempt to circumvent billing. / 滥用积分系统或试图绕过计费机制。
8. Disclaimer of Warranties · 免责声明
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outfit
recommendations and styling advice are for reference only and do not constitute
professional fashion advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis results.
本应用按"现状"提供，不附带任何形式的保证。AI 生成的搭配推荐和造型建议仅供参考，
不构成专业时尚建议。我们不保证 AI 分析结果的准确性。
9. Limitation of Liability · 责任限制
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the
past 12 months.
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损害承担责任。
我们的总责任不超过您在过去 12 个月内为本应用支付的金额。
10. Changes to Terms · 条款变更
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after
changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the
"Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Governing Law · 适用法律
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or submitted to
