ChicU ("we", "our", or "the App") is an AI-powered smart wardrobe application for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

• Photos you choose to upload for clothing items (stored locally on your device via SwiftData + synced to your personal iCloud account)
• Images processed by AI background removal and analysis features

• Credits balance and transaction ledger (stored in our backend to support billing)

4. AI Services & Third-Party Providers · AI 服务与第三方供应商

ChicU uses third-party AI services to power features such as clothing recognition, background removal, outfit generation, and style chat. Images and text you submit may be sent to these providers for processing:

5. Data Storage & Security · 数据存储与安全

• Local device: Clothing photos, outfit data, and app preferences are stored locally using SwiftData and synced to your personal iCloud account via CloudKit.
• Supabase backend: Account profile, credits balance, and transaction history are stored in our Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with Row-Level Security (RLS) — only you can access your own data.
• API Keys: All AI provider API keys are stored server-side only and are never exposed to the client app.
• 本地设备：服装图片、搭配数据及偏好设置存储在本地，并通过 iCloud/CloudKit 同步到您的个人账户。

• With Apple (StoreKit) to verify In-App Purchases

7. Your Rights · 您的权利

• Access: You can view your data within the app at any time.
• Delete: You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
• Export: You can export your wardrobe data using the built-in Backup feature.
• Withdraw consent: You can revoke camera/photo/notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

ChicU is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
